Mindful Connection is a Support Group for women who need a supportive community; to cope better with life stressors, and reduce stress in their lives.
As human beings we need connection, and community has been proven to enhance well-being.
This group is about you and for you. Your space to connect mindfully, inwardly with your self as you connect outwardly with others. To express your concerns on all aspects of life, to feel heard, supported, and understood.
Develop a deeper awareness of yourself and your interactions with others. Learn and practise skills for healthier ways of being with the support of other women in a safe and confidential environment. As we share and reflect within the group space, we practice:
- mindful focusing
- noticing limiting beliefs and unmet needs
- grounding exercises
- EFT tapping
- self-compassion and mindfulness
- gratitude exercises
This group is open to women, aged 25 and up.
This is a closed group (the same individuals meet every time) with new members only when someone decides to discontinue. At any given time, there are between 3-5 members. We meet online on Zoom.
