In no event shall Falguni Mather Integrative Therapy Limited or its suppliers be liable for any consequential loss suffered or incurred by you or any third party arising from the use or inability to use this Website or the materials on this website, even if Falguni Mather Integrative Therapy Limited or an authorised representative has been notified, orally or in writing, of the possibility of such damage

Severance

In the event any clause of these Terms are deemed by a court of competent jurisdiction as void, null, illegal or unenforceable, the same shall be severed as if it was not a part of these Terms. The remaining clauses of these Terms shall continue to remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In the event of any dispute out of or in connection with these Terms, the courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
