During the complimentary consultation, you may share your concerns and what you would like to achieve by working with me. We use this time to notice if we are a good fit to work together.
At the end of the consultation, if we decide we can work together, I will send you a link to book your session at a time and day that is suitable for you.
The booking process will include the confidentiality agreement, therapy terms and the client questionnaire.
