EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)

In this workshop, you will be introduced to EFT, short for Emotional Freedom Techniques (also known as tapping):
- A powerful tool that can help us navigate difficult feelings and emotions.
- Safe, gentle, and non-invasive, making it accessible to everyone.
EFT is an evidence-based practice with over 100 studies published in peer-reviewed journals. EFT utilises acupressure points to alter the body’s stress response, combining the physical advantages of acupressure with the cognitive and linguistic benefits of traditional talk therapy. EFT emphasises a fundamentally somatic perspective and is a comprehensive approach that addresses the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of an individual.
An Experiential Workshop

During the workshop, you’ll learn:
- What is EFT
- How it works
- What you can use it for
- Practical hands-on experience
This experiential session includes hands-on practice to explore its effectiveness in emotion regulation, stress reduction, and enhancing overall well-being.
EFT helps to facilitate exploration of the three ‘A’s needed for healing and growth: Awareness, Acceptance and Action.

“Discussing emotions is not always easy for people. But ultimately, to create a healthy and thriving society, one in which we are not simply materially successful but relationally aware, we need to get comfortable with understanding and expressing emotions.”
