As we spend our days doing, managing, coping, fulfilling, achieving, basically 'getting on' with life, unprocessed stress and tension often stays held in the body.
In this guided meditation we will take the time to stop, connect and listen to our body. We will receive any messages our body has for us. We will notice how taking the time to stop and listen can help us to help ourselves to:– feel more centred
– connect with self
– find relief
– access safety and comfort in our body
