During the complimentary consultation, you can share your concerns and what you would like to achieve by working with me. It is not meant to be therapy; it’s an opportunity to ask a few questions to see whether we are a good fit to work together.
If we decide to work together, I will send you a link to book your session at a time and day that is suitable for you. The booking process will include the confidentiality agreement, therapy terms and an intake form.
