Get Support
Chronic or acute pain, as well as chronic illnesses, can significantly impact not only your physical state but also your mental and emotional well-being. It is important to recognize that our negative experiences and emotions are intricately linked to the brain and body. Through my integrative approach, I aim to provide you with guidance and support to navigate your journey through chronic pain, chronic illness, or a recent diagnosis of a serious health condition. I can support you through your physical health issues as you navigate your experience, so you can overcome any limitations experienced as a result of physical distress.

Find Relief
Sometimes it’s difficult to find a long-term solution if you’re suffering from chronic pain or physical discomfort. Unresolved aspects to do with time of injury or lifestyle factors often play a part in keeping pain chronic. As a META-Health practitioner, I work together with you to explore lifestyle choices and root influences that may be negatively impacting your well-being. Along with pain management techniques, we work together to understand and resolve specific stressors, moving energy that may be stuck as a result of the fight or flight response to help you find relief. When working with physical symptoms, I work in conjunction with other professionals, such as physiotherapists or naturopathic doctors. This collaborative approach can often lead to improved outcomes.
“For over 20 plus years, I had a chronic back pain which I have sought out all types of treatment to resolve but wasn’t able to. If you are in similar situation I highly suggest that you see Falguni for 5 sessions min. To see the drastic change and benefit with her work and EFT, the transformation was a wonderful experience for me and also to sort through some emotional distress in my past, it takes time and effort but I guarantee you will be grateful. Many thanks as always Falguni“. – L. Tang
I have worked with clients to reduce or resolve:

Research shows that negative emotional states impact our physical state as well as recovery time.
Our mental and emotional states affect our physical well-being in ways we may not be aware of. These are some ways we may feel in situations involving our physical health:
- Anxiety, worry, fear from a diagnosis received.
- Worry before surgery or medical procedures.
- Worry about healing after surgery.
- Frustration with pain, discomfort, limited range of motion from a recent, acute injury.
- Trauma symptoms including flashbacks or nightmares after an injury or accident.
- Worry or fear about pregnancy and childbirth, either as a new experience or after a distressing past experience. Disconnection from newborn, postpartum depression.
- Overwhelm, frustration, sadness or worry from dealing with chronic health issues like psoriasis, tinnitus, IBS, asthma, joint pain and the like.
Caregiver fatigue (a state of physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion from caring for a patient over time) is often overlooked. Caregivers need as much support as the patients they care for. Especially if it is a close family member, emotions like guilt or numbness may get in the way of caring for self.

I could barely walk with the back pain I had been having for over 10 years. I had four sessions with Falguni and the pain is so much more manageable now my life has changed, I am amazed how much relief I have. I had no idea I was holding on to so many feelings about what had happened to me in the past and it was quite a revelation in many ways. This has been eye opening and I am grateful – T.S., Hong Kong
In a study looking at around 600 people who had gastroenteritis caused by a bacterium, researchers found that the patient’s ability to handle stress before the infection was a pivotal factor in whether they went on to develop IBS. Those with higher levels of perceived stress, anxiety, and negative illness beliefs at the time of infection were more prone to develop IBS after a bout of gastroenteritis.
“The body keeps the score” – Bessel Van Der Kolk
Please note: I am not a medical doctor. When working with physical symptoms, my focus is on helping you to understand and release the impact of any contributing psychosocial and emotional factors. I collaborate with other professionals involved in your case, such as physiotherapists, GPs, naturopathic doctors, and others, for a holistic, collaborative approach. This helps to address both emotional and physical aspects, and can often lead to better outcomes for overall well-being.
