We believe that true healing happens when we come together and share our experiences. These yoga classes include dedicated time for group discussions, where you can openly express yourself and gain insights from others who have walked similar paths.

Through our group discussions, we foster a sense of community where everyone can share and learn from each other’s experiences. Falguni, psychotherapist, and George, Iyengar yoga teacher, guide these discussions, ensuring a nurturing environment where important topics relating to mental health and yoga are explored and discussed. We provide a safe and supportive space for individuals to come together and explore the integrated self.
