Pages for Growth, a unique monthly online book club designed for personal development and self-exploration.

Each month, we’ll dive into a thoughtfully chosen book and explore its insights together. This isn’t your typical “one book a month” scenario. We’ll go at our own pace: we might stick with the same book for several months or focus on just a few chapters over time. It’s an organic, flexible space for reflection, discussion, and growth.

As the facilitator, I bring my background in psychotherapy to gently guide our discussions, but my intention is that we gain wisdom and grow from our collective insights and shared experiences.

Together, we will read and share, navigating the book’s teachings, identifying what lessons truly resonate with us and what we can consciously leave on the page. We will go beyond simply reading to understand and integrate ideas into our own lives in a way that feels meaningful and personal.

We may also practise some EFT Tapping, to process parts of the book in a practical way. Sharing is always optional, and you will be welcome to engage at your own comfort level.

Every month. 60 minutes. Small group.

Fee: sessions are priced at an affordable HKD 50, about the price of a really good coffee! (approx USD 5).

Join us as we read, reflect, and tap into a deeper understanding of ourselves, one page at a time.
