Specialising in relief from anxiety and recovery from trauma, I can also help if you’re experiencing panic attacks, chronic pain, lack or loss of confidence, performance setbacks, excessive anger, relationship struggles, grief, loss or a personal crisis.
I integrate body-oriented approaches including EFT therapy, mindful focusing, breath work and movement with traditional counselling talk therapy in my practice.
This integrative approach allows me to meet your specific, individual needs in our work together. I aim to create a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment, so you can voice your concerns while feeling heard.
I offer short term counselling as well as longer term psychotherapy as I value the benefits of both approaches.
