Specialising in relief from anxiety, recovery from trauma and dealing with chronic pain, I can also help if you’re experiencing panic attacks, lack or loss of confidence, performance setbacks, excessive anger, relationship struggles, grief, loss or a personal crisis.
I integrate body-oriented approaches during counselling and psychotherapy sessions, which means we notice and work with thoughts as well as emotions and body sensations. These include EFT therapy, mindful focusing, breath work and visualisation along with traditional counselling talk therapy.
This integrative approach allows me to meet your specific, individual needs in our work together. I aim to create a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment, so you can voice your concerns while feeling heard.
I offer short term counselling as well as longer term psychotherapy as I value the benefits of both approaches.
